That's what this is. I come into your business, spend time with how it actually runs day to day, and bring a fresh set of eyes to the things you're too close to notice. No inspection, no report full of jargon - just a clear, honest look at where the opportunities are.
How it works
We talk first. A short conversation so I understand your business, what's working, and what's been nagging at you.
I come to you. Whether that's on site or remotely, whatever suits you, I spend time seeing how things actually run — not just how they're meant to run.
You get it in writing. A clear, practical report with what I found and what I'd recommend, so you can act on it whenever you're ready.

Good to know
This is a one-off, fixed-price engagement — there's no obligation to work together afterwards. Some clients take the report and run with it themselves. Others ask me to help implement it. Either way, the report is yours to keep.
