Sometimes the question isn’t how to hire, it’s whether to hire. And that’s actually a really useful place to start.

A lot of business owners reach this point: something isn’t working, the team is stretched, and the instinct is to bring someone new in. But without stepping back first, it’s easy to hire for the wrong thing — or hire before the role is actually ready for someone to step into.

First, we look at what’s actually going on - what’s falling through the cracks, where the pressure is, and what’s driving the feeling that something needs to change. Sometimes that points clearly to a new hire. Sometimes it doesn’t.

If a new hire is the right call, I can support the recruitment process - helping you define the role properly, scope what you actually need, and work through hiring so the right person lands in a role that’s set up for them to succeed.

If the answer is to sort things out in-house, we figure out what that looks like practically - whether that’s redistributing responsibilities, building clearer processes, or giving your existing team the structure and clarity they need to take on more.
